怎樣確定銅版紙印刷的黑白場

在印刷圖像的高亮處,一般在3%~5%的高亮區域是印不出來的,也就是說印刷品的高光部分是由紙張的顏色形成的。如果紙張的白度不同就會影響畫面主亮處的顏色亮度和飽和度,進而影響畫面的色彩對比度。

銅版紙錶面具有較好的光滑度、白度和光線反射能力,印在銅版紙上的油墨擴散小,網點點型好,網點擴大率可以控制在15%左右;印在銅版紙上的印刷品色彩好、飽和度好,顏色鮮艷,能體現較好的層次和反差。

高光能印出2%的網點有的廠家將白場網點值定為C=5%,M=Y=3%,這與曬版能曬出的最小網點數和印刷用紙所能印出最小網點數都有關系,黑場定標大致為C=95%,M=Y=85%,K=75%。需要說明的是,圖像上如果沒有白場點,可以用紙色作為調節白場的參考點,將紙反調節到CMYK各色網點小於3%以下即可。
