印刷包裝廠由分紙器引起的輸紙歪斜,主要有以下幾方面的原因

印刷包裝廠

(1)兩個分紙吸嘴或兩個遞紙吸嘴的吸力不一致或工作位置不一致。該故障可以通過調節給風量、調節吸嘴位置使之達到吸力一致。

(2)兩邊擋紙毛刷的工作位置不一致。該故障可以調節毛刷的位置。

(3)紙張沒有松透及局部粘連。該情況下可以通過重新齊紙對故障進行排除。

(4)紙張帶靜電。該情況下可以通過晾紙使紙張保持一定的含水量對故障進行排除。
