印刷時，印刷機通常不能工作，因為紙張含有水分，或者加工的產品很難看。此時，我們需要工作人員來平衡水分。以下是如何平衡水分的方法：
　　印刷時，印刷機通常不能工作，因為紙張含有水分，或者加工的產品很難看。此時，我們需要工作人員來平衡水分。以下是如何平衡水分的方法：

印刷廠

　　首先，受溫度的影響。


　　1.相對濕度相同，溫度變化約15℃，紙張平衡濕度變化約0.5%。


　　2.印刷過程中紙張含水量的變化必須控制在±0.1%，否則會影響復印機的精度。因此，彩色印刷車間應同時控制相對濕度，溫度變化應控制在±3℃。


　　第二，受報紙性質的影響。


　　1.相對濕度相同，紙張親水性越強，水平衡越高，相反，紙張的平衡水越低，沒有輔助材料的紙張的平衡水越高，通過添加填料、漿料和塗布紙，平衡水越低。


　　2.在同一品種中，厚製品的水分平衡高於薄製品，這是由於厚厚的產品富含高吸水率的原紙。


　　第三，深圳印刷廠受到紙張兩側的影響。


　　1.如果吸濕的相對邊緣比正面長，紙就會捲曲到前面。


　　2.紙張很平，其環境變化，紙張會吸收空氣中的水分或除濕。


　　3.除濕後，另一邊的正面比正面短，紙會捲曲到背面。


　　4.無論文件的哪個方向捲曲，它總是以紙張的縱向為軸，這是由於文件前後兩個方向的排列程度不同所造成的。董事會在這方面的表現尤其如此。


　　第四.中風平衡吸濕或除濕


　　1.在一定相對濕度下，紙張在相同相對濕度下，從低濕到平衡的含水率低於高水分和平衡含水量，這是紙張吸濕的滯後效應。


　　2.為了使紙張含水量和原紙含水量必須採取"過份修正"：即在某種相對濕度平衡下，如果在高濕度環境中吸水率達到原來的水量平衡，則必須將其置於原始相對濕度以下，反之亦然。
