Fluorescent inkjet anti-counterfeiting technology [Buke printing]

Spray printing technology can provide basic information and basis for the management of goods after they leave the factory. The Stamp Printing Bureau of the State Post Bureau currently uses the only array printing system in China, which consists of a high-speed paper feeder, a high-precision printing machine, and a central control workstation. Through programming management, the workstation can control each nozzle to simultaneously print the same or different information at any position of the product, and collect feedback information in real time to make calculations and adjustments, thereby accurately printing the serial number on the predetermined position. In order not to affect the artistic effect of the product, special fluorescent ink is used for coding, and the printed content can only be read under a purple light. The use of array printing technology can not only provide effective means for after-sales management of products, but also enhance the anti-counterfeiting function of products.
