UV上光指的是使用UV光油進行上光的方式。UV光油和UV油墨一樣,都是經UV光線照射瞬間固化的,也具有與UV印刷的所有優點和缺點。UV上光用於替代覆膜的印刷品錶面整飾工藝具有很多覆膜不具備的優勢

UV上光不等於UV印刷

UV上光指的是使用UV光油進行上光的方式。UV光油和UV油墨一樣,都是經UV光線照射瞬間固化的,也具有與UV印刷的所有優點和缺點。UV上光用於替代覆膜的印刷品錶面整飾工藝具有很多覆膜不具備的優勢



①所用上光油固含量為100%,無溶劑揮發,既安全,又有利於環保。


②乾燥速度快,不受承印物種類限制,UV上光後的印品錶面平整光亮,並且硬度高。


③生產效率高,可以大大降低生產成本,250g/m2銅版紙上光與200g/m2銅版紙覆膜的綜合成本幾乎相當。這樣,在同等成本的情況下,選用厚紙做封面,完全可以彌補上光在外觀特性上的不足。


國產上光設備已完全可以滿足很挑剔的UV上光要求。有些單張紙上光機速度可達8000張/時,可與高速機組式膠印機相匹配既可進行局部滿版UV上光,也可進行局部滿版水性上光,還可進行單張紙柔版印刷。UV上光採用柔印原理以網紋輥進行UV上光配置的陶瓷網紋輥網線數在600線/英寸以上,能精確控制精細上光的光油傳遞量,可以剋服傳統輥式塗布上光機光油層塗布太厚。
