印刷前的準備（四）對印版的檢查

①外觀。

主要檢查印版有否擦傷、摺痕、凹凸不平和正反面是否粘有異物等。



②印版色別。

印版一般應標明色別,若未標明,可從網線角度判別(必須在網線角度固定的前提下)



③網點、文字和線條質量。

對照樣張檢查網點有否殘缺、發毛、白心,文字、線條有否缺筆斷畫和差錯。如果無法修正,應重新曬版



④規格。

檢査叼口尺寸是否符合機型要求;書刊規格(含修切位)是否符合開本要求。



⑤規線、色標。

檢查角線、中線、套曬線、裁切線和色標是否齊全,其位置是否準確。



⑥印版的深淺。

對照樣張,用放大鏡觀察,主要檢查印版上細網點(高光部分)是否曬淺或曬深。一般說來,印版上的網點不能大於樣張上的網點。

機台操作者和有關的管理人員除了在上機前進行上述的印版質量檢查之外,在開印前還必須做好以下的準備工作


①仔細閱讀施工單和熟悉印件的樣張。


②確定色序。不同的色序會產生不同的印刷效果。機型不同色序也不同。合理安排色序是十分重要的。


③做好裝紙工作,並裝上一定量的過版紙。


④調墨上墨。


⑤配製好潤版液並註入水鬥。
