怎樣可以將廣告印刷的排版文件轉成PDF文檔



PDF文檔格式是印前領域常見格式,很多流程軟件均支持,如何將廣告印刷書版的排版文件轉為PDF格式,從而進入其他流程系統


可以如下操作:


①在 Windows操作系統下安裝 Acrobat Distiller.0軟件和 Founder Word Jet A5000(方正打印機驅動程序),並將打印機“埠”設置為“FIE”,“ True type字體”設置成“下載軟字體”;


②在書版9.11中打開待轉文件,依次點擊“排版”/“直接預覽正文”,生成*.MPS文件;


③點擊“大樣預覽窗口”中打印機圖標,將打印機設置為 Founder Word Jet A5000,文件名設置為*,Ps;


④打開 Acrobat Distiller9.0,選中*,PS,確認後完成轉換。
