印畫冊移印機的工作原理

由鋪墨刷完成鋪，同時移印頭下運動，並對承印物錶面施以一定壓力完成移印過程，而後、移印頭向上運動，工作狀態，完成一個工作循環。

          印畫冊移印機的工作原理

移印機主要有氣動式和機械式兩種類型，氣動式移印機結構簡單，操作方便，應用較為。

移印機主要由機體、印版台、輸送裝置、刮刀機構和印刷機構等幾部分組成。其工作過程是首先將印版上的圖文信息轉移到硅橡膠的移印頭上，

再通過移印頭的位置移動，完成印刷過程。印版處於固定位置，當移印頭、刮墨裝置向左運動時，由鋪墨刷在版上鋪墨，然後移印頭向下運動準備印刷。

當印刷、刮墨裝置向右運動時，由刮墨刀將凹上空白部位的油，此時移印頭已到達印上部位置移印頭間下運動，對凹版施以一定壓力，將回圖文部分的油轉印到移印頭上，

所示，移印頭著墨後向上運動，接著移印頭墨裝置向左運動，此時。由鋪墨刷完成鋪，同時移印頭下運動，

並對承印物錶面施以一定壓力完成移印過程，而後、移印頭向上運動，工作狀態，完成一個工作循環。
