印刷機潤版液的技術參數(2)電導率

電導率是電阻的倒數,其高低可以間接表示潤版液中離子濃度的高低。由於在調配稀釋潤版液的過程中,通常是往潤版液的原液中加入自來水進行調配稀釋的,而自來水中又含有定量的鈣、鎂離子,即自來水自帶一定的硬度,於是潤版液也表現出一定的硬度。當硬度過高時,就會嚴重影響印刷作業,如沉積物在濕潤系統中出現堆積,嚴重影響潤版液的正常傳輸;如沉積物在供墨系統堆積,就會嚴重阻礙油墨的傳遞,造成印版圖文部分發花,空白部分起臟。為確保潤版液的硬度值不能過高,可在調配潤版液時用軟化水代替自來水。同時,須經常檢測潤版液的電導率,即檢測其離子含量情況,以監測潤版液硬度值的變化。
