上光是包裝產品印後加工的一種常用工藝。產品錶面通過上光後,增強耐水、耐曬、耐摩擦和耐污染等性能,同時也可提高產品的錶面亮度,使產品的檔次大大提高。很多化妝品的DM印製就採用此法。上光的塗料有多種,有用印刷機印刷的油性光油,也有用上光機上光的水性油性上光油,還有溶劑型上光塗料、UV上光塗料。

上光(印光)工藝

上光是包裝產品印後加工的一種常用工藝。產品錶面通過上光後,增強耐水、耐曬、耐摩擦和耐污染等性能,同時也可提高產品的錶面亮度,使產品的檔次大大提高。很多化妝品包裝印刷的DM印製就採用此法。上光的塗料有多種,有用印刷機印刷的油性光油,也有用上光機上光的水性油性上光油,還有溶劑型上光塗料、UV上光塗料。

上光塗料的特性不同,產品表面加工的工藝效果也有一定的差異。同樣是亮光型的塗料,因為材料特性、配方不同,其光澤度效果、耐磨性等也會有所差異。用亞光塗料進行塗印,印品的錶面幾乎沒有光澤度,但是具有一定的藝術感。

上光(印光)工藝

有的產品上亞光塗料,工藝效果不亞於亮光塗料。不管是上亮光或亞光塗料,要求塗層必須具有良好的耐磨性,才能起到保護印品錶面的作用。

1.油性上光工藝

用印刷機印刷的油性光油,由於上光塗層的厚度和乾燥度受到機器結構的限制,印品錶面的光澤度和耐磨性,都不如上光機上溶劑型或水性上光油的效果。所這種上光一般只適合於批量小、質量要求不高的普通產品


2.溶劑上光工藝

採用溶劑上光的產品,其錶面光澤度和耐磨性等都比較高,但塗層容易泛黃,由於環保的要求,目前已被水性上光工藝取代


3水性上光工藝

水性上光塗料具有無色、無味、無毒、無刺激、塗層乾燥速度快、耐磨、耐高溫、不泛黃、不變色,並且具有透明度和光澤度高等優點,較適合於食品包裝的錶面整飾加工。
