抄紙是利用抄紙機將處理好的漿料通過抄紙機相互交織成紙張。抄紙機在結構上可分為濕部和乾部,濕部是使稀釋的漿料通過銅網,濾去水分,形成濕紙層的部分;乾部是將濕紙層通過回轉著的壓輥榨出水分,再進入乾燥部加熱以蒸發其水分,一般紙張的含水量為5%~9%。

抄紙是利用抄紙機將處理好的漿料通過抄紙機相互交織成紙張。抄紙機在結構上可分為濕部和乾部,濕部是使稀釋的漿料通過銅網,濾去水分,形成濕紙層的部分;乾部是將濕紙層通過回轉著的壓輥榨出水分,再進入乾燥部加熱以蒸發其水分,一般紙張的含水量為5%~9%。


整理紙張經抄制並乾燥後,尚需經過整理工作才能成為成品。

整理工作主要包括壓光、復捲、切紙和成令、檢查包裝。
