什麽是平版印刷

平版印刷又稱膠印,起源於石版印刷平版印刷印版上的圖文部分與空白部分無明顯的別,幾乎位於同一平面上,在製版時,由於圖文部分親油,空白部分親水,就要利用油水相斥的原理。

什麽是平版印刷

平版印刷又稱膠印,起源於石版印刷平版印刷印版上的圖文部分與空白部分無明顯的別,幾乎位於同一平面上,在製版時,由於圖文部分親油,空白部分親水,就要利用油水相斥的原理。

印畫冊步殼印刷廠

首先用水潤濕整個印版,使空白部分吸附水分,再塗布油墨於正版,由於空白部分親水疏油圖文部分親油疏水,所以印版上的油墨只吸附在圖部分錶面。然後通過機械使印版與承印物接觸並施加壓力,從而使親墨的圖像部分轉印到承印物表面。

平版印刷為什麽又稱膠印?由於平版印刷是利用油水不相親的原理,印刷時印版空白部分先親水,圖文部分親油,如果將印版與承印物直接接觸,則容易導致印刷紙張受潮變形,影響印刷質量,

因此可在平版印刷機上安裝一個橡皮筒,將印的圖文部分先轉移至橡皮筒上,再由橡皮筒與承印物合壓印刷,這樣就避免了印版與承印物直接接觸。

所以平版印刷也稱之為膠印,是現代主要的種間接印刷方式
