採用捲筒狀的紙張,以連續輸紙方式進行印刷的膠印機稱為捲筒紙膠印機。捲筒紙膠印機可印製多色高級印刷品,特別適合於印刷彩色報紙、郵票、刊物、商標、畫冊印刷等。

捲筒紙膠印印刷機的特點

採用捲筒狀的紙張,以連續輸紙方式進行印刷的膠印機稱為捲筒紙膠印機。捲筒紙膠印機可印製多色高級印刷品,特別適合於印刷彩色報紙、郵票、刊物、商標、畫冊印刷等。


捲筒紙膠印機具有如下特點

①採用輪轉式連續印刷、速度高、產量大。目前的捲筒紙膠印機的印刷速度都在50000印/時以上。


②可進行雙面多色連續印刷,紙張利用率高、印刷品成本較低。


③與折頁機相連,可在捲筒紙膠印機上完成裁切、折頁,有利於縮短書刊印刷周期。


④結構簡單,與單張紙膠印機相比,省去了繁雜的輸紙和定位部件,滾筒也不需要叼紙牙機構,避免了由此可能產生的許多輸紙故障


⑤捲筒紙的價格一般要比平張紙的價低,可以節省紙張成本捲筒紙膠印機的印刷裝置與單張紙膠印機基本相同,但沒有叼紙牙機構。為了減少印張之間的空白紙張的長度,一般要把滾筒的空當做得很小。捲筒紙膠印機輸墨裝置的墨路也比較短,靠版墨輥大多只有3根(單張紙膠印機常見的有4根)。

捲筒紙膠印機一般由接紙機構、進紙機構、印刷機組、傳動系統、烘乾裝置、冷卻裝置、折頁裝置、收帖裝置組成。有的機器根據需要增加了上光裝置和裁單張紙裝置。
