印刷品印完後,為使成品外觀整齊,必須將不整齊的邊緣裁切掉。裁掉的邊緣一般需要留有一定的寬度,這個寬度就是“出血位”。

什麽是書籍印刷的出血

印刷品印完後,為使成品外觀整齊,必須將不整齊的邊緣裁切掉。裁掉的邊緣一般需要留有一定的寬度,這個寬度就是“出血位”。

設計師在設計印刷品時般要在成品尺寸外留3mm(如有特殊需要也可以多留“出血位”),以防止在成品裁切時裁少了露出紙色(白邊),裁多了會切掉版面內容。留出“出血位”,是設計師設計過程中必須要做的工作。

書籍印刷的出血

出血位統一為3mm有幾個好處


①就是製作出來的稿件,不用設計者親自去印刷廠告訴他們該如何裁切(當然最準確判斷實際形狀的,是按稿件中的裁切標記)。


②就是在印刷廠拼版印刷時,最大利用紙張的使用尺寸。

再簡單點概述作稿時只要將色彩溢出實際尺寸且大於或等於3mm就行了。

色彩溢出是指做圖的時候人為地超出實際尺寸的部分(在矢量圖各個軟件的設置都是差不多的,一般的做法是將出血位放於頁外。如果要量上下左右邊距的話,不能把出血位也算上。

“出血尺寸”就是算上“出血位”的圖畫尺寸。
