​水性UV油墨是目前UV油墨領域的一個新的研究方向。水性UV油墨兼有水性油墨和UV油墨的優點,較普通UV油墨更具有無刺激,無污染,更安全等特點。普通UV油墨由於預聚物,黏度一般都很大,需要加入活性稀釋劑進行稀釋,而目前使用的活性稀釋劑(丙烯酸酯類化合物)具有不同程度的皮膚刺激性和毒性。

什麽是印刷的水性UV油墨

水性UV油墨是目前UV油墨領域的一個新的研究方向。水性UV油墨兼有水性油墨和UV油墨的優點,較普通UV油墨更具有無刺激,無污染,更安全等特點。普通UV油墨由於預聚物,黏度一般都很大,需要加入活性稀釋劑進行稀釋,而目前使用的活性稀釋劑(丙烯酸酯類化合物)具有不同程度的皮膚刺激性和毒性。

據報道,日本已經開發出了線路板用水性UV阻焊油墨,美國也研製出印刷用水性UV油墨。

什麽是印刷的水性UV油墨


另外,在包裝產品印刷過程中大多數產品都要進行復合加工,目前我國多採用溶劑型聚氨酯雙組分復合膠,在使用中有有機揮發物排出,使用後清洗不便,今後的發展方向是向水基型復合膠發展,目前國外已開發用水基包裝塗料代替PE膜,直接塗於基材上,成本低,環境性能好。

對於上光,採用UV上光油具有很多優點:空氣污染小,幾乎不含溶劑,有機揮發物排放量極少,上光後產品不含對人體有害的物質;成本低,只占覆膜成本的60%左右,其印刷品的廢棄物可以回收重新造紙,解決了傳統覆膜紙基不便於回收的環境污染難題。

但紫外上光油在達到很高的光澤效果的同時,會對環境造成影響因而在國際上受到一定限制,所以上光技術也在向“水性上光油”的開發與應用方向發展。

目前我國已開發有水基塗料型上光劑,可直接在印刷機上使用。
