印刷廠里影響新凸模質量的因素

①模壓時的溫度和壓力。溫度太低,凸模強度差,錶面不好溫度過高,聚氯乙烯發生降解,錶面焦黑。壓力太小,料液達不到凹模底部,凸模產生缺陷;壓力過大,容易損壞設備。


②壓制的凸模,其基底厚度一般控制在0.5-1mm之間,其數值主要由模框深度和陰模版的厚度決定。聚氯乙烯板的厚度要適當,應根據陰模版的深度改變。陰模深,聚氯乙烯板要厚;反之亦然。


③在壓制凸模時,可在陰模版與聚氯乙烯板之間墊一層至數層薄型紙。墊多少可視凹凸印件紙張的厚薄、質地、圖文粗細、凹凸深淺而定。這樣既有利於脫模,又能避免印件破裂。
