如何避免上光工藝後印品顏色變化或帶異味

①上光塗料方面。

不再使用易對油墨連結料分解的芳香烴類
苯、甲苯溶劑型(油性)上光塗料。熱敏固化型上光機應採用醇類上光塗料,減少溶劑對油墨印層的化學作用。UV塗料的主要成分應具有聚合性雙鍵的(甲基)丙烯酸酯系低聚物和有聚合性的(基)丙烯酸酯單體以及光引發劑,或以芳香族重氮鹽、芳香族鋶鹽、芳香族鈀鹽為主要光引發劑、環氧樹脂和(環氧系稀釋劑+多元醇樹脂)低聚物。陽離子光聚合型上光塗料提高同等紫外光能量條件下的光敏固化速度和能力。推廣使用水基上光油。



②上光乾燥方式方面。

溶劑型(油性)上光是電能、熱能轉換
型的紅外熱敏乾燥方式。適當加大電熱功率、氣流速度,適當控制工件運行速度,可促進溶劑、稀釋劑的揮發,提高乾燥效果,減少其殘留量,降低異味和泛黃變色。決定UV固化效果優劣的是紫外光源的光譜範圍(400mm上)、光源功率及相對應的傳送網寬度和有效固化速度。UV燈管石英體的老化、電壓的穩定性、磁變壓器等性能均會影響UN光輸出。下降速率應用電子監測器提供紫外燈的相對UV輸出,顯示與新燈的比較值,決定何時更換新燈。
