印刷過膠工藝要規範覆膜操作

紙塑復合產品是靠熱壓合生產出來的。熱量和壓力是重要的生產要素,加熱滾筒只有保持足夠的熱量(滾筒錶面為85-95℃)才能保證熱熔膠膠體的完全熔化、流平和熱熔膠及黏合劑分子的活化。施壓輥只有保持適當的壓力(8~15MPa),熱熔膠及黏合劑中的活化分子才可向印刷品紙張的毛細微孔和油墨印層分子間轉移、滲透、錨固,形成紙塑合一的緊密結合體。

足夠的熱量和適宜的壓力,可以通過機器上的溫度調節裝置、壓力控制機構來調節和保持恆定。但恆定的溫度和壓力,它們顯示的數值雖沒變化,卻因覆膜機主機轉速的變化,對紙塑復合體產生效果明顯不同的作用。主機速度慢時,紙塑復合體停留在熱壓合狀態下的時間長,黏結效果好;主機速度快時,紙塑復合體停留在熱壓合狀態下的時間短,黏結效果差。主機轉速超過800r/min,紙塑復合體運行速度超過15m/min時,黏結效果差。操作者應精心保養、調試覆膜機,使整機技術狀況保持良好。生產時,溫度設定下限為85℃,上限為95℃;壓力設定為1015MPa,主機轉速控制在700r/min以內,紙塑復合體運行速度控制在12.5m/min之內。
