因為我們平時掃描的多是紙張,其實對於實物的掃描與紙張的掃描操作是一樣的。

使用掃描儀進行三維物體的數字化,被掃描的物體不宜太高、太重。

因為太高無法進行掃描,太重可能壓碎玻璃平板,如果被掃描物體的高度不超出掃描儀的鏡頭焦距範圍就可以實現掃描。CCD掃描儀採用光學鏡頭成像於CCD錶面,所以它具有相當長的景深,在一定範圍內對3D物體(隆起的書脊、硬幣、樹葉等)的掃描是非常清楚而生動的。

將物體放在掃描儀的玻璃面板上,清晰成像的那一面朝下放置,並用背景(紙張或其他顏色的材料)對其覆蓋,使用背景目的是為了防止掃描受周圍光線的影響。
