當出現壓光鋼帶變形及黏附異物、鋼帶兩側松緊不致、壓力輥錶面凹凸不平、壓光時的壓力過大、面紙含水率過高以及面紙變形等情況時,都容易使印品壓光後出現起皺故障。

當出現壓光鋼帶變形及黏附異物、鋼帶兩側松緊不致、壓力輥錶面凹凸不平、壓光時的壓力過大、面紙含水率過高以及面紙變形等情況時,都容易使印品壓光後出現起皺故障。



預防和解決辦法

(1)對變形的壓光鋼帶要及時修復或更換


(2)將壓光鋼帶兩邊的張力調整平衡。


(3)對變形的壓力輥採取相應的措施予以修復。


(4)採用適度的壓力進行壓光。


(5)控制好生產現場的溫濕度,防止面紙的含水率過高,對含水率過高的面紙進行烘乾處理。


(6)對變形的面紙採用調整90°的進紙方式進行壓光。
