壓光溫度過低或過高都會導致面紙被鋼帶粘連,出現難以剝離的故障,工藝質量跟蹤中發現:如果對定量為250g/m2的白板紙彩印產品壓光,將溫度設定在130℃時,就可以較好地避免鋼帶粘面紙故障的發生當然,生產中還要綜合各種條件,根據印品特點、原材料特點、生產環境的溫濕度等情況,總結出不同的生產條件下應採用的壓光溫度。
