潤濕液在膠印印刷過程中的主要作用是潤濕印版,膠印的整個過程都與潤濕液有關系。使用潤濕液的目的在於:在印版的非圖文部分形成均勻的水膜,保持印版非圖文部分的疏墨性;增補印刷過程中被破壞的親水層,維持印版非圖文部分的親水性,降低版面的溫度;防止臟版。

潤濕液在膠印印刷中的作用

潤濕液在膠印印刷過程中的主要作用是潤濕印版,膠印的整個過程都與潤濕液有關系。使用潤濕液的目的在於:在印版的非圖文部分形成均勻的水膜,保持印版非圖文部分的疏墨性;增補印刷過程中被破壞的親水層,維持印版非圖文部分的親水性,降低版面的溫度;防止臟版。

若從印刷工藝技術及相關因素來看,潤濕液應該具備以下主要性能:


①具有足夠的潤濕性能,能夠在印版錶面非圖文部分形成層薄薄的、均勻的水膜;


②具有保護印版非圖文部分的吸水性,並能彌補其在印刷過程中的損失;


③具有清洗印版版面非圖文部分的功能;


④在印刷過程中應保持穩定的、在一定範圍內變化的酸性;


⑤在印刷過程中對油墨性能的影響及與油墨的乳化程度,應達到印刷技術的要求;


⑥對產品外觀質量無影響;


⑦對操作人員無危害。
