紙張的弔晾,也叫調濕。這是膠印紙張在付印前必須進行的重要工序之一。它是通過特定方式,促使付印前的紙張放出水分或吸收水分。那麽,紙張在印刷前為什麽要進行弔晾處理呢,其主要作用在於如下。

紙張的弔晾,也叫調濕。這是膠印紙張在付印前必須進行的重要工序之一。它是通過特定方式,促使付印前的紙張放出水分或吸收水分。那麽,紙張在印刷前為什麽要進行弔晾處理呢,其主要作用在於如下。

①消除紙張在生產、包裝、運輸、貯存和拆包後,由於氣候變化等影響所造成的潮濕、變形、打皺以及曲拱現象。



②使紙張的含水量與車間溫、濕度相適應、相平衡。降低紙張對於車間溫、濕度和版面水分的敏感程度;有利於紙張含水量的進一步穩定,以減少紙張的變形因素,從而達到套印準確的目的。為了認真細致地做好這一工作,必須剋服下述不正確觀點


①不做弔晾處理,照樣可以套印準確。


②抽查個別樣張,誤認為全都合格,把應當弔晾的紙張也不去進行弔晾。人中墨由


③弔晾太麻煩,不必節外生枝,甚至誤認為弔晾是浪費工時


④把弔晾工序當作“走過場”,有應付、湊合想法,所以就敷衍了事,草草而過。
