(91)定價( a fixed price; a list price)。一種圖書的零售價格。我國的圖書出版部門在給圖書定價時,依據的是“保本微利”原則。既要使出版者能正常經營,也要照顧到讀者的利益



(92)郵購( mail order, purchase by mail)。圖書零售的方式之一。讀者把書款匯給圖書發行銷售部門,銷售部門則按照讀者要求的書目,把圖書通過郵局郵寄給讀者。



(93)著作權( copyright)。在我國也稱版權,屬於知識產權。著作者在完成文字、藝術或科技作品以後,只要作品符合國家法律規定,著作者對他的作品就依法享有一定的人身權利和財產權利這就是著作權。人身權利主要包括發表權、署名權、保護作品完整權、修改權、收回權等;財產權利指作品出版傳播以後,有取得合法報酬的權利。著作權中的財產權依照繼承法的規定繼承。
