精裝畫冊印刷圓背書芯的套合形式

圓背套合的書芯都是圓背形狀。圓背套合分為兩種,一種為圓背假脊,另一種為圓背真脊。


按書籍攤平時書背套合的形狀分為柔背裝、硬背裝和腔背裝


(1)柔背裝套合時將書殼

中徑紙和書芯的書背卡紙直接粘連,需要柔軟性的中徑紙。這種套合形式易於開合,便於閱讀,隨著翻閱次數的增加背上燙印的文字容易脫落,影響書籍的外觀質量


(2)硬背裝套合時將書殼中徑部分粘上硬質紙板後再與書芯後背紙直接粘連形式雖然可以保持書背上燙印文字的耐久效果,但由於書背被中徑紙板固定,翻閱時不


(3)腔背裝將書背脊部與書封殼中縫相連接,再利用環襯的作用將書冊套合牢固書背與書殼中徑部位不連接,形成空腔。腔背裝採取了以上兩種套合的優點,既方便閱讀又不影響燙印效果,是目前使用最多的精裝書套合形式。
