印畫冊移印機的構造

刮刀機構由刮刀承架、刮墨刀和毛刷等組成。刮刀和毛刷安裝在刮刀承架上，而刮刀承架則安裝在橫梁的導軌上，它可以沿導軌進行往返水平移動。

       印畫冊移印機的構造

機體由底座、腳鐵架、立柱、橫梁、印版台、輸送帶和升降台等組成，底座固定在腳鐵架上，立柱則固定在底座上，橫梁上安裝有導軌、刮刀機構和施印機構等，它們可以在橫梁上左右移動。

刮刀機構由刮刀承架、刮墨刀和毛刷等組成。刮刀和毛刷安裝在刮刀承架上，而刮刀承架則安裝在橫梁的導軌上，它可以沿導軌進行往返水平移動。

此外，刮刀和毛刷從墨盤中取出油墨並向前鋪刷到整個印版上，接著毛刷上抬刮刀下落與版面接觸後水平退回，印畫冊颳去印版錶面上多餘的油墨，完成一次上墨動作。

施印機構主要由移印頭及其運動機構組成，它可以根據施印物及印版圖文的具體情況做上下、左右運動。印刷時，移印頭向下運動對凹印版施以一定壓為，

將圖文部分的油墨吸上並上抬做水平運動抵達承印體上方，然後向下與承印體錶面施以一定印刷壓力完成印刷過程。


輸送帶由鏈條、鏈輪、導軌和定位塊等組成。它安裝在升降合上起到傳送承印物體至施印工位的作用，一般輸送帶可以配置多個工位，

以便放置多個被印刷物體3移印版的製作命，移印版一般選用鋼或銅作為版材、屬於凹版形式，其製作過程可分為版材的預加工和凹特酵口技術。
