電暈處理效果的好壞，與處理設備的輸出功率，兩電極之問的距離，電極的放電面積，處理速度及處理的方法和次數等都有關系，處理後的薄膜必須立即印刷、否則仍可能失效。

                      步殼印刷的電暈處理


電暈處理效果的好壞，與處理設備的輸出功率，兩電極之問的距離，電極的放電面積，處理速度及處理的方法和次數等都有關系，


處理後的薄膜必須立即印刷、否則仍可能失效。電暈放電處理裝置主要由鍍鉻金屬輥和放電極組成，其組成方式有以下三種：


①式電暈處理裝置。這種電處理裝置為單面處理裝置。當承印物從鍵鉻處理輯與電極輥之間通過時，即可完成電暈放電處理。


本裝置處理的承印物幅寬可達2500m處理速度為300mmn，主要用於處理金屬箔和其他導電性承印材料。


②盒形電暈處理裝置。這種裝置屬於單、雙面處理裝置，由上、下兩組構成，呈垂直佈置，每組由處理輥和盒形電極組成，


承印物從上、下兩組處理裝置通過，完成雙面電暈處理，承印物的走紙路線如圖6-10所示。此裝置可處理幅寬為2500mm的承印物，


處理輥的直徑般為100m，處理速度為75mmn。


③鞋形電暈處理裝置。該裝置實際上是盒形處理裝置的特殊形式，也屬於單雙面處理裝置，由兩組處理裝置組成，上、下兩組傾斜配置，


承印物從上、下兩組處理裝置下通過完成雙面電暈處理。本裝置處理的承印物幅寬為3650mm，鍍鉻輯的直徑範圍較大，為150-600mm，


處理速度高達450m。上述三種電暈處理裝置均設有防護罩、承印物人口和出口，以及臭氧排放口、觀察窗等。
