畫冊印刷裝訂生產中什麽是進本與闖齊

進本,通過傳送帶,將來自配頁機配頁後的書芯,逐本自動送入包本機中。闖齊,在書芯送入包本機的過程中,通過振動平臺將書帖振齊,進入夾書器中如果在進本工序中書芯未闖齊就轉入銑背,那麽這種質量缺陷的半成品在包本機中被書夾夾緊後必然是書背不平,銑刀銑不到,書背打毛深度也不夠,就會出現膠不滲透、脫頁、散頁等質量問題。

書芯闖齊定位後,進入夾書器夾緊,以待進行後續銑背等工序。夾書器運動是包本機的主要運動,夾書器安置在機架上的導軌中,由固定於鏈條上的驅動銷驅動,每個夾書器繞導軌運行一周,均可完成一次工作循環銑背即將書芯的書背用高速旋轉的銑刀銑平成為單張紙頁,以便上膠後使每張書頁都能被膠粘牢。書背的銑削深度與紙張的厚度和書帖折數有關,紙張越厚,折數越多,銳削量越大,應以銑透為準,一般在1.5~2.2mm。
