紙張的油墨吸收性是指紙張對油墨的吸收能力,直接決定著其對油墨的吸收程度,制約著印刷給墨量的大小,並決定油墨在紙張上的滲透和結膜情況,從而影響油墨的呈色效果、墨層密度以及網點增大程度。

畫冊印刷紙張質量要求8.油墨吸收性

紙張的油墨吸收性是指紙張對油墨的吸收能力,直接決定著其對油墨的吸收程度,制約著印刷給墨量的大小,並決定油墨在紙張上的滲透和結膜情況,從而影響油墨的呈色效果、墨層密度以及網點增大程度。

紙張的吸墨性是由紙張纖維的毛細管作用和填充料的滲透性所決定的,錶面施膠度也可改變其吸墨性紙張對油墨的吸收性應當適當,如果紙張對油墨的吸收能力過大,油墨中的連結料大多被吸入紙中,顏料則留在錶面,油墨光澤大大降低,會導致印跡無光澤,呈色效果不良,墨層密度降低,甚至產生透印和粉化現象。

紙張對油墨吸收性太差,則油墨乾燥速度慢,容易發生背面蹭臟現象。
