數字印刷得益於短版印刷,這一點毋庸置疑。但是,就我國目前現狀,中小型印刷廠投資過剩,加上勞動力價格低,很多企業為維持生存接活時的起印量越來越低,在千份以下的比比皆是。這種情況造成了在國外看來是短版印刷的活件(比如2001份)在國內反而可能會在傳統印刷廠生產。

數字印刷得益於短版印刷,這一點毋庸置疑。但是,就我國目前現狀,中小型印刷廠投資過剩,加上勞動力價格低,很多企業為維持生存接活時的起印量越來越低,在千份以下的比比皆是。這種情況造成了在國外看來是短版印刷的活件(比如2001份)在國內反而可能會在傳統印刷廠生產。

大多數數字印刷設備製造商所進行的數字印刷與傳統印刷的贏利平衡點都表明贏利平衡點比前幾年有很大的提高,2000份成為設備製造商普遍推薦的臨界點。但從北京市場大部分快印店經營的實際情況看,500份甚至150份的業務,很多快印店也是採用傳統印刷技術完成的。在國內,或許只有一兩百份的超短版業務客戶才會選擇採用數字印刷去完成。從這個角度考慮,數字印刷市場要想得到發展,還有很長的路要走。
