​從涉及的業務領域看,在已經開展了數字印刷業務的印刷企業中,社會散件在其業務組成中占據了很大的比例,其次是為出版社生產樣書和生產郵票等個性化產品。這也從一個側面反映出,目前國內數字印刷尚未形成良好的運營與贏利模式。

從涉及的業務領域看,在已經開展了數字印刷業務的印刷企業中,社會散件在其業務組成中占據了很大的比例,其次是為出版社生產樣書和生產郵票等個性化產品。這也從一個側面反映出,目前國內數字印刷尚未形成良好的運營與贏利模式。

至於印刷企業開展業務的方式,目前也有很多選擇,但大多數企業還是會通過專門的業務員來承接訂單,其次是通過自己的網站接單,一般不會選擇“坐等客戶上門”、“分散收活集中印刷”、“與其他網站合作進行接單”、“網絡接單與業務人員攬收相結合等開展業務的方式。從長遠發展看,數字印刷要想得到真正的發展,必須解決業務攬收模式的問題。

數字印刷的業務,最大的特點是短版和個性化。如果像目前主要通過專門的業務人員去跑客戶承攬業務,因為每個單的印數很少,那麽其效率會變得非常低下,也不可能真正實現規模化生產。同時,人工攬收還帶來另外一個問題,就是攬收成本的居高不下。這部分成本無法降低,那數字印刷的整體成本也就無法降下來,而任何一個終端客戶都不會願意將錢花在他們認為不值得的東西上,結果就形成一個惡性循環。


數字印刷未來發展,在業務攬收這個環節上的可行之路,就是走網絡接單的方式,而且需要有數字印刷的網絡交易平臺來促進數字印刷與網絡系統的融合。
