印刷工藝:捲筒紙模切技術


1.放捲部分

放捲部分主要由四個裝置組成:放捲裝置、張力控制裝置、一級糾偏裝置和二級糾偏裝置。放捲部的主要功能是確保紙帶在運行過程中張力穩定、印刷圖案橫向位置穩定。放捲裝置與放捲張力控制器相互協調,確保紙帶平穩勻速供給模切部分,一級糾偏裝置對印刷圖案橫向位置進行粗調,二級糾偏裝置對印刷圖案橫向位置進行細調。



2.模切部分

模切部分主要由套準系統、模切痕線輥、模切刀版輥組成。紙帶橫向位置控制由一級和二級糾偏裝置完成,套準系統只對縱向套準精度進行控制。套準系統工作原理:通過電眼對紙帶上特定光標進行識別,並將紙帶位置光信號轉化為電信號反饋給控制器,控制器根據縱向位置設定要求指揮刀版輥驅動電機的運轉速度,使紙帶供給速度與模切版錶面線速度相匹配,完成模切套準控制。根據產品加工的要求,也可以設計增加壓凸裝置。



3.收捲部分

收捲部分由成品分離裝置和成品收集裝置兩部分組,模切成品通過分離裝置後被分為三路壘疊運行,且分離裝置按照設定的數量將傳送帶上成品定時轉移到成品收集裝置上,通過成品收集裝置最終完成單盒產品的堆碼工作。
