國產J2106、J2108、J2201和J2203型膠印機,其滾筒壓力調整機構都設置在印版滾筒和橡皮滾筒的中心上,惟有壓印滾筒中心沒有設置偏心調節機構。其原因如下。

國產J2106、J2108、J2201和J2203型膠印機,其滾筒壓力調整機構都設置在印版滾筒和橡皮滾筒的中心上,惟有壓印滾筒中心沒有設置偏心調節機構。其原因如下。

①壓印滾筒是整個膠印機動力傳遞的重要樞紐,它不僅從主電機那裡接受動力,而且要通過一些輔助部件把力分別傳遞出去


②壓印滾筒中心若設置偏心調節機構,其滾筒的位置必然隨著壓力的調節而頻繁地變動。這樣就要影響到不少傳動齒輪的正確嚙合關系,不僅機械振動大,噪聲大,而且對傳動部件的磨損也相當嚴重。


③壓印滾筒位置的變動,還將影響到遞紙牙和叼紙牙在交接紙張過程中的準確位置,破壞印張的原始定位以及套印的準確程度,使印刷質量得不到應有的保證。棄用


綜上所述,在壓印滾筒中心設置偏心調節機構,實為弊多利少,故近代膠印機不在壓印滾筒中心設置偏心調節機構。
