隨著書籍設計概念的不斷成熟,一些有卓識的書籍設計者們意識到書籍不僅僅是商品,它是人類文明的推動者,是文化的傳遞者。書籍所傳遞的文化一部分取決於書籍本身的內容,而另一部分取決於書籍的整體設計。無論是我們常說的封面設計、版式設計,還是材質的選擇、工藝的創新等等,這些都是為文化傳遞所服務的。

書籍設計與聽覺設計的關系

隨著書籍設計概念的不斷成熟,一些有卓識的書籍設計者們意識到書籍不僅僅是商品,它是人類文明的推動者,是文化的傳遞者。書籍所傳遞的文化一部分取決於書籍本身的內容,而另一部分取決於書籍的整體設計。無論是我們常說的封面設計、版式設計,還是材質的選擇、工藝的創新等等,這些都是為文化傳遞所服務的。


為了使書籍有更生動的表現力,能更明確地向讀者傳遞鮮明的信息,我們的書籍設計者們逐漸開始嘗試為書籍增添新的感官體驗。

近些年來,杉浦康平先生的書籍“五感”理論得到較多設計者的關註,不斷有人嘗試各種感官體驗書籍設計,對視覺的分析以及由材質所帶來的觸感體驗被研究得相對較多,因為書籍的視覺體驗與觸覺體驗相對來說比較容易實現,而嗅覺、聽覺和味覺在當前實現起來卻有一定的難度,即使有學者涉及此類研究也只是稍有提及,很少被重視。


但是聽覺是人類感官中非常重要的一部分,聽覺驗對讀者更好地把握書中情感有著極大的推動作用,甚至可以使讀者加深記憶,書籍的聽覺設計需要被重視,但還要在不斷探索中逐步前進。
