在製版過程中,操作者往往根據版色的變化來選擇網點的排列形式。由於網點的排列形式不同,所以網點對角線與水平線之間的夾角大小也不一樣。這種因版色而異的夾角被稱為網線角度,簡稱網線角。

什麽叫網線角度

在製版過程中,操作者往往根據版色的變化來選擇網點的排列形式。由於網點的排列形式不同,所以網點對角線與水平線之間的夾角大小也不一樣。這種因版色而異的夾角被稱為網線角度,簡稱網線角。



聲由於各色網線版都有著各不相同的製版角度,所以不同的網線角度在套印之後,會形成各式各樣的花紋—雪花形、僧帽形、星形和圓珠形等。這種奇麗多變的花紋圖形,增強了圖面的美觀程度


印刷工作者要觀察某一塊網版的網線角度時,通常情況並不是觀察任何一顆網點的對角線與其水平線之間的夾角,而是按照各陰、陽網點所組成的自然連續線(即黑條紋、白條紋)與水平線所組成的夾角加以區分


網線角度的現實作用,除了給人以美的感覺之外,它的主要作用還在於通過印版的網線角度來區分印版的色別。


各色印版的網線角度並沒有一個明確的規定,但就以往經驗來說人們共同有一種習慣採用的數據。那就是黃版採用90°,黑版採用45°,紅版採用15°或75°,藍版採用75或15°,淡紅與藍版同淡藍與紅版同
