所謂製版,是指依照原稿復製成印版的工藝過程。我們知道,傳統的印刷是離不開印版的,製版技術是隨著印刷技術的發展而不斷發展的。

什麽是製版

所謂製版,是指依照原稿復製成印版的工藝過程。我們知道,傳統的印刷是離不開印版的,製版技術是隨著印刷技術的發展而不斷發展的。

最早的製版技術是手工雕刻版,1798年德國人塞內費爾達發明石版印刷,其印版就是採用石版製版技術,這種方法首先要將石板石錶面磨平滑,然後進行描畫、不感脂處理等工序,最後做成印版。之後,出現了用金屬板代替石板石,版材是用鋅、鋁銅等金屬板做成。

隨後製版技術逐步過渡到,用銀鹽感光照相分色加網於玻璃乾片或滌綸軟片上,然後曬製成薄型金屬印版,進行印刷。在凸印中,圖像的製版工藝是通過照相、掛網製成玻璃乾片或滌綸軟片,然後將其曬在塗有感光材料的鋅版上,進行腐蝕,從而得到印版。

膠印製版技術在20世紀中期,得到了極大的發展,PS版材、電子分色機、圖片掃描儀等新材料、新技術,以及先進的制版設備相繼出現,使製版工藝大大簡化,縮短了製版時間,提高了生產效率。CTP技術的出現和運用,使膠印製版變得更為精確、簡單、高效。
