必然要產生圖像的失真，其結果是降低了圖像的清晰度

  公司畫冊印刷圖像清晰度不夠

印刷過程中影響圖像清晰度主要因素如下：

（1）描過程滾掃描儀在輸人原稿時通過滾簡的轉動和掃描頭橫向進給的組合實現對原稿的掃描輸入，公司畫冊印刷雖然滾筒掃描儀的掃描線很密。

但從數學上分析，掃描時採樣的軌跡並不是想像中的直線，而是一條螺旋線。以掃描原稿上的一條垂直黑線為例。

掃描的結果是線條將由有限個排列成螺旋狀的採樣點描述，公司畫冊印刷其結果必然使線條的邊緣虛化，且邊緣寬度增加。


（2）掃描儀的頻率響應設計得再好的掃描儀，它的頻率響應範圍總是有限的，公司畫冊印刷只有當信號頻率在掃描儀能夠捕獲的範圍內時才能保證對圖像進行正確的處理和傳輸。

當信號頻率位於掃描儀響應頻率範圍的邊界或超過邊界時，公司畫冊印刷必然要產生圖像的失真，其結果是降低了圖像的清晰度。

（3）反差壓縮印刷復制出的圖像反差通常都低於原稿反差，為此必須對原稿反差進行壓縮，從而導致視覺對比靈敏度的降低，使圖像的清晰度下降。

（4）光學系統的誤差掃描儀的掃描和記錄光學系統中各種光學鏡頭的解析度總是有限的，公司畫冊印刷且存在著一定的色差和其他光學誤差，這些因素同樣會降低圖像的清晰度。

（5）圖像網點化印刷工藝用網點大小疏密等變化來再現原稿的顏色和層次變化，圖像網點化後，其圖像內容的細膩光滑程度低於連續調圖像。

即從解像力60-70/mm的原稿變為47m的加網圖像，使圖像細節邊緣粗糙，圖像清晰度降低。

（6）印刷材料印刷技術用油墨將圖像的顏色和層次變化傳遞到承印物上，紙張是使用最多的承印物。在印刷過程中，

油墨在紙張中的滲透、紙張的變形和套印不準這也是造成清晰度下降的因素。
