液晶印刷是用摻入了液晶的油墨,使印刷成品有可逆反應或不可逆反應的印刷方式。液晶是一些有機物質在一定的溫度範圍內,所呈現的一種中間狀態。

液晶印刷是用摻入了液晶的油墨,使印刷成品有可逆反應或不可逆反應的印刷方式。液晶是一些有機物質在一定的溫度範圍內,所呈現的一種中間狀態。

由於液晶分子運動具有特定的規律性,從而在一定溫度和光照下會發生變化。

液晶的成色是由於液晶對特定波長的光有選擇性的反射而形成的刷時,將液晶封入微囊中,摻加油墨進行印刷,印刷過程中液晶微囊不被壓破,採用印刷壓力小的絲網印刷最合適。

在用液晶微囊油墨進行絲網印刷時應註意


(1)除了有特殊要求需用特別厚的油墨外般採用尼龍或滌綸做網,網孔為100-175目


(2)註意不要讓油墨堵塞網孔,刮刀不得過重


(3)註意乾燥後的印件上的油墨不可堆積過多裁切,防止局部受壓液晶油墨印刷在畫片上,畫面會隨著溫度的變化而改變顏色,在四季不同的溫差中會變幻出不同色彩。

液晶印刷除用於日歷畫片、兒童讀物的印刷外,還廣泛應用於禮品包裝,商標和食品包裝方面.為了提高印刷品錶面的光澤感、耐磨度、防濕性,應在印件物錶面進行上光或壓膜處理
