​正式印刷前,再加一些過版紙,過版紙印完後使計數器歸零。印刷中要經常進行抽樣檢查,註意水的變化、油墨的變化、印版耐印力、橡皮布的清潔情況,以及印刷機供油、供氣狀況和運轉是否正常等。

正式印刷有哪些準備

正式印刷前,再加一些過版紙,過版紙印完後使計數器歸零。

印刷中要經常進行抽樣檢查,註意水的變化、油墨的變化、印版耐印力、橡皮布的清潔情況,以及印刷機供油、供氣狀況和運轉是否正常等。

每天印刷結束後,或每一批印件完成時,都要進行印刷後的處理操作,其內容包括:墨鬥、墨輥、水輥、橡皮布壓印滾筒的清潔,印版、印張的處理和印刷機的保養等。
