凹版印刷的主要特點

凹版印刷的主要特點

1.高質量。
凹版印刷與膠印、凸印相比印跡更為厚重、飽滿、清晰,印刷產品質量高,能達到層次豐富、色彩鮮艷的效果,具有凸、膠印二者之優點特別適合包裝印刷產品的印刷。凹印的高質量是由凹印印版的結構特點所決定的,可以利用印版圖文凹入的深淺來真實地再現圖像層次。另外,凹印產品色調非常穩定。

凹版印刷的主要特點


2.高速度。
凹版的圖文部分不直接接觸承印物,印版耐印力高,印刷機多為捲筒輪轉型,印刷速度極高。特別適合於質量要求高、印刷數量大的印刷產品。


3.承印物廣泛。
凹印由於採用液體揮發型色墨、較短的傳墨系統,所以油墨乾燥快,適用於非吸收性承印物的印刷。包裝凹印以紙、玻璃紙、塑料、塑膜作為承印材料


4.成本高。
凹印製版工藝復雜,製版周期長,印版與印版滾筒連成體製版成本高,裝版不方便,一般用於大數量的高檔商品的包裝盒印刷,短版印刷不經濟。就國內市場來看,煙、酒及藥品包裝因其批量大、質量要求高,較適宜凹版印刷方式。目前,大多數凹版印刷企業的目標市場就是煙、酒類包裝。


5.環境性能差。
油墨溶劑揮發造成的環境污染問題以凹印最為突出因為凹印墨中使用了較多的揮發性有機物作為溶劑,印刷中產生大量有害廢氣
