凸版印刷是最古老的印刷形式,其印刷原理是使金屬印版上的文字或圖案印紋部分高於非印紋部分,油墨附著於高起的圖文部分,之後直接轉印在基板上印刷機的給墨裝置先使油墨分配均勻,然後通過墨輥將油墨轉移到印版上。

凸版印刷的具體印刷形式

凸版印刷是最古老的印刷形式,其印刷原理是使金屬印版上的文字或圖案印紋部分高於非印紋部分,油墨附著於高起的圖文部分,之後直接轉印在基板上印刷機的給墨裝置先使油墨分配均勻,然後通過墨輥將油墨轉移到印版上。

凸版上的圖文部分遠高於非圖文部分,因此,油墨只能轉移到印版的圖文部分,而非圖文部分則沒有油墨。

凸版印刷的具體印刷形式

給紙機構將紙輸送到印刷部件,在印刷壓力作用下,印版圖文部分的油墨轉移到承印物上,從而完成一次印刷品的印刷。

凸版印刷品的特點:
線條或網點邊緣部分整齊,並且印墨在中心部分顯得淺淡,凸起的印紋邊緣受壓較重,因而有輕微的印痕凸起。

墨色較濃厚(墨層厚度約為7pm)。可印刷較粗糙的承印物,色調再現性一般。

凸版印刷通常使用於信紙、賀卡、邀請卡、書籍特刊與其他特殊設計
