包裝盒定製生產粘合的基本條件

(1)黏合劑必須具有較大的流動性才能形成完整的均勻的黏合劑薄層。
黏合劑一般黏度較大,它在被黏結的錶面浸潤速度太慢,就會因為溶劑的揮發,聚合物的交聯或結晶等原因而使浸潤過程中斷,而不利於均勻黏結。
黏合劑的錶面張力愈大,浸潤速度愈小。黏合劑的黏度愈小浸潤速度愈大。只有黏合劑具有較大的浸潤速度,才能均勻地鋪散到整個被黏結的錶面,填平凹凸不平的錶面,形成完整的均勻的黏合劑薄層。


(2)黏合劑必須能充分浸潤被黏結物的錶面才能有足夠的粘附力。
浸潤或不浸潤是常見的現象。水珠在清潔的玻璃錶面能夠鋪展,最後形成水膜,我們說水對玻璃浸潤。水珠在荷葉上呈小球狀態,不能鋪展。我們說水對荷葉不浸潤。


(3)黏合劑與被黏結物之間必須有足夠的作用力。
黏合劑與被黏結物之間必須有較大的結合力才能形成牢固的黏結。

這種結合力可以是如下幾種:

機械力—“膠釘”形式的力;

分子間吸引力W範德華力、誘導力、取向力或氫鍵;

化學力——離子鍵或共價鍵的鍵能。
