印刷公司印刷時油污造成傳水不勻的糊版故障。其原因是:膠印機在印刷中出現印版的左右兩端糊版,反復檢查水鬥輥、傳水輥、著水輥、串水輥均接觸良好,著水輥與著墨輥與印版壓力輕重適宜,三個滾筒之壓力正常。

印刷公司印刷時油污造成傳水不勻的糊版故障。其原因是:膠印機在印刷中出現印版的左右兩端糊版,反復檢查水鬥輥、傳水輥、著水輥、串水輥均接觸良好,著水輥與著墨輥與印版壓力輕重適宜,三個滾筒之壓力正常。

此時開機印刷時仔細觀察,偶爾發現著墨輥兩端沾有少許的潤滑機油,由墨輥將機油傳至印版,再傳至著水輥、串水輥以至水鬥輥,使水鬥輥兩端錶面根本沒能帶水向外傳遞,故使印版兩端因缺水而糊版。

排除的方法:膠印機的水輥、墨輥絕不能沾上潤滑油,只要沾油就不傳水。因此,在給機器油孔或軸承加油時一定要細心。如已岀現上述故障,可拆下著墨輥及全部水輥,進行徹底清洗,擦乾後裝好,開機試印,故障可排除。
