印刷公司的印刷機著墨輥偏硬,引起的印刷“墨杠”故障。其原因是:膠印機印刷過程中在印品上出現一條或幾條墨色偏濃的墨杠。經檢查發現著墨杠和串墨輥接觸不良,引起在印版版面上布墨過程中,發生打滑和跳膠的現象,這是由於著墨輥硬度偏大引起的故障。
