印刷廠CP000型印刷機在潤版方面主要採用酒精潤版和差動系統,而且在供墨、上版和洗滌系統方面也獨具特色。

印刷廠CP000型印刷機在潤版方面主要採用酒精潤版和差動系統,而且在供墨、上版和洗滌系統方面也獨具特色。

印刷廠CP200印刷機可以選購自動化的油墨供應系統—墨線( inkline)。該系統是海德堡公司最新開發研製的,它把油墨均勻地分佈到墨鬥中,無須操作人員手動添墨。

在洗滌方面,海德堡公司最新研製成功的模塊化橡皮布洗滌裝置和自動壓印滾筒清洗裝置,一改傳統的布面清洗,而以毛刷取而代之。利用毛刷竄動和旋轉,對橡皮布進行上下左右清洗。

這個模擬人手的清洗方式不僅提供了有效而徹底的清洗作業,減少了停機時間,而且還可以保護環境,減少清洗液用量。CP2000印刷機也可以選配自動上版裝置只需1min就可以完成上版滾筒的定位,減輕了操作人員手工勞動的程度。
