深圳印刷廠印刷機輸墨裝置技術要求有如下幾點

(1)能夠均勻、穩定地向印版輸送油墨。

(2)能夠方便地在整個印版版面或局部區間調節給墨量。

(3)從開機或調節後達到正常工作狀態的過渡過程的時間短給墨調節的靈敏度高,但在整個工作過程中穩定性好,墨色波動小,以保證整批印件墨色一致。

(4)在高速印刷機上應設有速度跟蹤補償系統,隨著印刷速度的變化自動調節輸墨量。

(5)在高速多色機上能實現輸墨量的預調節和輸墨裝置的集中控制。

(6)能手動或按控制信號自動停止或啟動相應裝置工作,如當輸紙系統出現故障時,能夠及時停止供墨、著墨,待故障排除自動恢復正常工作。

(7)在高速印刷機上輸墨裝置應配置有冷卻系統,以降低輸墨裝置在油墨被高速滾壓、摩擦和拉薄打勻過程中產生的升溫,降低油墨乳化,以期得到良好的印品墨色。

(8)輸墨裝置應盡量做到結構簡單,調節方便。
