畫冊印刷廠開始印刷時,非著墨部分粘有很多紙粉的原因是:

畫冊印刷廠開始印刷時,若在新油墨到達版面前,使著水輥長時間接觸版面,版面將被污染,如果不預先調墨,而在墨輥乾燥狀態下開始印刷,特別容易造成這種現象。

處理方法:立刻停機,擦凈版面,然後改變開始印刷的設定時間。重新開機前,應先進行墨輥調墨。假如不停機而只增加水量,不僅不能快速除掉紙粉,反而會使水墨比例失調,廢品率上升。
