畫冊印刷廠著墨不良有以下兩種情況

(1)著墨部分不上墨或稍顯模糊。

原因:印版著墨部分磨損。潤版液酸性過強使油墨乳化。著墨輥壓力過大造成墨輥脫墨

處理方法:更換印版;調整潤版液的pH值;往著墨輥上噴灑還原劑或停機清洗著墨輥,重新調整著墨輥與印版滾筒間的壓力。

(2)著墨部分完全未著墨或每頁的相同部位重復出現淺印。

原因:橡皮布凹陷

處理方法:在橡皮布上塗還原劑或更換橡皮布。
