(1)軟硬間隔排列墨輥,在膠印機上,為了更好地傳墨和勻墨,輸墨裝置的墨輥應該以軟質勻墨輥和硬質串墨輥、重輥相配設置使用,以便在一定的壓力下墨輥彼此接觸良好。

(2)合理分配著墨量、墨輥安排要有利於著墨量合理分配,大多數印刷機由第一組著墨輥供給印版油墨,第二組除了供給印版少量油墨外,主要起到勻墨和收墨的作用。

3)合理利用空間,便於安裝和拆卸。墨輥排列應考慮印刷機的總體佈局,合理利用空間,使機器結構緊湊,又便於墨輥的安裝和拆卸。
