印刷包裝廠的印刷機一個工作循環是指印刷色組完成一次印刷工作的時間。在這個工作循環中各環節的時間分配如下

(1)前規停板時間,從前規開始停在輸紙板起,到紙張的前邊緣剛剛接觸前規前擋紙板止。

(2)前規定位穩紙時間,從紙張與前規擋紙板接觸起,到側規開始拉紙時止。

(3)側規定位時間,從側規開始拉紙起,到側規壓紙輪上抬止。

(4)遞紙裝置叼紙時間,從遞紙裝置停在輸紙板上準備叼紙時起,到叼紙後準備帶走紙張止。

(5)遞紙裝置遞紙時間,從遞紙裝置開始帶動紙張時起,到壓印滾筒上的叼紙牙叼住紙張為止

(6)壓印與印張交接時間,壓印滾筒叼牙叼住紙張起,到印刷部分合壓印刷、印張叼口交接到傳紙滾筒叼牙叼住紙張止。
